My favorite movies of all time: well, this is always hard for me. The following list is probably going to be missing a few, and this is NOT in order, but listed as they come to mind. Also, I must say that some of these I don't enjoy as much today, however they are listed because I have lasting respect for the work. I will also include favorite movies from when I was a kid, but wouldn't actually make my top list today (like Back to the Future), and will thus note that with the movie. I think I will comment on my own post, just to trick myself into thinking I have people commenting on my blog.
Posting on your own blog...pretty funny. I know there are people out there that read it - my sister for example - and they never leave any comments. My blog visitors are the same way, always the same three or four people. Your blogs are always entertaining and intersting so it's surprising that more people don't chime in....
I am a little dissapointed that the Hudsucker Proxy didn't make your list
What, no Goonies? Surely that was a childhood favorite.
Have you seen Cinderella Man?
Wait, so you can't picture Keanu as anything but Ted, yet The Matrix was one of your favorite movies?
Great list though. I'll have to rent some of the unknowns.
Ah, Hudsucker Proxy would make an honorable mention. That was a great one. Also, the unfortunate casting of Mr. Reeves in the Matrix only degraded the movie slightly, and I have managed to pretend he is someone else.
Goonies... it has been so long, and only saw it once. I recall liking it though. That was on my Netflix queue before we cancelled it. I will watch it again someday.
Cindarella man, not yet. Will watch.
Who is "preacher man"?
your brother-in-law (referenced as a Calminian in an earlier post)
Ah hey Jeff, very glad to see you here! I thought it might be you, but wasn't sure you were visiting. I was looking back for a post by "Calmenian" but didn't see one. Maybe it didn't get up? I often have to put that stupid set of letters in 2-3 times before it takes.
"Aoog... Aoog... aigity ighty AHHH!"
Hey, how is that brain of yours healing?
